Do you want to break up the working week? Fancy a morning stroll by the river complemented by breakfast with great service, fresh cheap food and preciously made coffee? Expresso Garage is the place to be.

Starting in Milton, I parked the car, walked over the Go Between Bridge through South Bank to find a local hang out (you know it's good when there are swarms of cyclists hanging around).

I had avocado on toasted Turkish bread, with a zesty tomato relish and yummy coffee. All this for $10.50! Not a bad way to break up the week.

Service was fast and friendly. The menu housed many other breakfast staples including muesli, plain toast, banana bread etc. I'll definitely be back!!
