is a unique South American dining extravaganza and one of the few true theatre restarants in Brisbane. started in one of the side streets in The Valley, but has since moved to a far more elegant setting in Milton and has likewise refined their offerings.

Based around a premise of a the Brazillian BBQ, main dinner meals are served as an All You Can Eat option, with varing prices for inclusions. If you are looking for a lunch time food fix they do offer plated meals such as Grilled Chicken Breast or Rump Steak with salad and Cassava chips for just under $20.

At the centre of many of the dishes is their secret form of cooking the meat. Based on a 400 year old Native American cooking method called 'churrasco', the meat is heavily salted and marinated before being roatated over an open fire. It produces a very distinct and unique flavor.

Dinner is where the restaraunt really livens up and starting at $35 for the basics you may partake in Churrasco Pork, Smoked Sausage, Lamb, Chicken Hearts and Drummets. The meat comes out on large steel skewers that were used in the BBQ process and these are then taken from table to table and portions are carved off fresh for the diner.

Alternatively if you pay $45 you will also be offered all of these meats, plus grilled Salmon and Prawns if you have a penchant for seafood as well. All this comes with you choice of sides (unlimited orders, however make sure you don't order more then you can eat) which includes Banana Frite, Steamed Jasmine Rice, Kibe (Herb encrusted beef), Pao de Queljo (Gluten free cheese bread), Brazilian Pumpkin Salad, and Green Salad.

Dinner can take some time as it is a very relaxed atmosphere and the meat portions do not come out at request, but are bought out one by one over the course of the evening so it is certainly aimed at leisurely dining. It would not nessisarily be a great place to go if you have somewhere to be at a specific time afterwards.

If, however you wish to make an entire evening out of it, then can provide that for you in house. With caberet shows on most Saturdays you can accompany your meal with a lively and energetic show from $45. The current website does not seem to update these events particularly well so it would be strongly advised to call when making a booking to ensure you have all the current information.

Bookings are essential for caberet evenings and while it makes for a fine evening for two, the more people, the merrier.
