"Brasserie" is a French term denoting a place where individuals come to eat down to earth dishes that taste spectacular. Indeed, the website belonging to the Casino classifies a Brasserie as a category two formality, placing it a little above the fun-loving atmosphere of a Bistro but not as serious as a restaurant.

This restaurant is not open for breakfast and thus it has quite a comprehensive menu for lunch and dinner. The main courses include traditional French recipes like cep mushroom gnocchi, seasoned duck, kurabata pork belly, chicken chasseur and dorper lamb rump. All main meals come with a side dish that you get to choose from a modest selection.

Please be advised that the does have its own daily specials and obviously these change from day to day. You will need to consult the waiter upon entry for these exquisite dishes.
