"Brandy Girls" rejoiced Friday afternoon as they eagerly waited in line for the store to open. The one-floor establishment was busy all weekend, but that didn't stop the dynamic sales staff from working through the crowd as women flocked to visit the fourth Canadian location.
Walking into the store is part of the overall experience: Tall ceilings make for a spacious feel, while vintage furniture, bookshelves, and a number of dream catchers adorn the walls. A pink rotary phone is just another of the many novelty items on display. Another memorable attraction is their selection of handmade, wooden signs, which are customized to cater to each city. Signs that read "Rue Ste-Catherine," "La Joie de Vivre," "Les Habs," and "Little Italy," among more can be found all over and are also prominently displayed on the wall facing the cash registers for sale.
