Located within walking distance from RMIT University (Bundoora West Campus) and easily accessible from tram route 86, University Hill is home to Brand Junction shopping centre and a variety of cafes and restaurants, which surround the developing shopping precinct.



Located on 2 Janefield Drive, Bundoora, Brand Junction is composed of a variety of factory outlets, offering discounted fashion clothing, fashion accessories, sportswear, fashion footwear, homewares, specialty stores and much more. There are many premium brands on offer, some highlights include Guess fashion and accessories , where you can expect up to 70% off the retail price. For example Guess Jeans are priced from $30 for men and women, Guess fashion footwear for women is priced from $50, Guess men's fashion shirts are priced from $30 and Guess fashion bags, watches and purses up to 50% off.

Another highlight is Laura Ashley,where there are many discounts to be found on the previous season's fashion. Everything is discounted from Laura Ashley homewares and fashion. Mango (MNG) offers their previous season's fashion at heavily discounted prices, sometimes 70% off the retail price. Globalize offer a variety of brands for men and women at discounted prices, including G-Star , Diesel , Lacoste , Ben Sherman , Bauhaus , Elwood , Nike , Reebok , Lonsdale and addidas . Rivers factory outlet has many savings to be found on fashion and footwear for men and women, as does Cotton On and Cotton On Body , which sells other brands such as Rubi Shoes and Typo stationary.



There are also many factory outlets selling sportswear and streetwear, FILA is one of the larger outlets, selling FILA footwear from as little as $40 and FILA clothing at heavily discounted prices. Converse and Russell Athletic factory outlets are also located in Brand Junction, selling the previous season's streetwear and footwear at discounted prices. A range of fashion accessories can be found at Travelite , Sintra Handbags & Accessories , Bright Eyes and Strandbags . Fashion shoes for men and women can be found in numerous factory outlets; Novo has many deals on offer, as does Aldo , Croft , Milu Shoes , Zu and Shoe Bizzare . Homeware outlets include Crabtree & Evelyn , Pure Zone and Sheridan .

This one-shop shopping centre, which has on-site undercover parking, also has a spacious foodcourt. Some of the eateries include BB's Café, Fancy Fillings, Kamil's Kebabs, Kyoto Style, Nandos, Subway and Senseas Chinese Massage. However step outside Brand Junction and head towards University Hill Town Centre and you will be greeted by some great cafes and restaurants. Some highlights include Cold Rock Ice Creamery , where you can create your own ice-cream treat, or perhaps relax in Azurea Cafe-Restaurant and enjoy a pizza or pasta or Degani Bakery Cafe to enjoy coffee and cake, or head to Uni Sushi Japanese Cuisine for freshly prepared sushi or a hot pot dish. Take Away shops include Flakey Jakes fish and chips, Hot Rock Grill & Burgers for a top burger or grilled chicken and Top Bakery for freshly baked bread and sweet treats.



University Hill is continually developing and there are plans for an entertainment precinct in the near future. A 'Farmer's Market' is also held from October to May, every 2nd Saturday of the month.

Brand Junction is open seven days a week from 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday. It is closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day.
