is located just a 4 minute drive from Nundah Farmers Market , which is held every Sunday from 6am to 12pm. Notable community facilities close to the park include Nundah Memorial Hall , Nundah and Districts Historical Society , Nundah Library , Nundah-Northgate RSL and Nundah-Northgate Scouts . With a wide range of facilities available to patrons to suit all ages from young children to older adults, is the perfect place to spend quality time with your close friends and families, for free.

One of the coolest things that has is their fitness circuit, which is distributed by Playscape Creations - its not something a lot of parks have! They have instructions on how to use each piece of equipment and stress that equipment is only to be used as specified. 's fitness circuit includes: step up combo, sit ups, vertical ladder, leg lift, parallel bars, and chin up combo. Now that you no longer have the excuse of not wanting to pay for the gym, it's time to head to and try out all their equipment! For fitness enthusiasts, there is also a 545m walking circuit going around the park.

For the sporty people out there, has a cricket pitch with wickets, in addition to a basketball half court. The basketball court looked very new, as though it had only been built (or perhaps renovated) recently.

For families, there is an electrical barbecue (not pictured as it was in use at the time), as well as several gazebos to enjoy your food in the shade. If they're all taken, or if you much prefer sitting out in the sun, there are plenty of grassy areas for you to choose from - bring a towel or a mat and enjoy a scenic picnic in !

For those with little ones, there is playground equipment located under a shaded canopy, to protect your children from Queensland's harsh sun. There is also a giant chess board (which would suit any age, adults included), although you have to bring your own chess pieces if you want to play!

Finally, for those with furbabies like me, there is a fairly large dog park with multiple training and agility equipment available. In addition, there is also a supply of doggy poop bags available, so stock up before you head in - you never know if you might need it! If you or your pup look closely, you may find discarded tennis balls and other toys that you can play with too - Eddy found several during our visit, which made him a happy chappy indeed. While the dogs have a romp in the dog park, giving them a taste of freedom, their owners can seek solace through either the gazebo or one of the benches in the shade.

Eddy and I had such a fun time in - we shared the walking circuit with other patrons who were friendly and generous with their laughter and pats, as well as met heaps of friendly dogs and their owners inside the dog park. There is plenty of street parking available on the weekends. Bye for now, - thanks for a lovely morning!
