With the Christmas Day festivities over for another year, Boxing Day is traditionally a day to rest, recover and recuperate. However, if you're looking for something to do to beat the Boxing Day boredom, there are lots of things going on in the Perth area. Why not check out a few of these events?



Enjoy Boxing Day lunch at the fabulous Joondalup Resort . Bistro 38 is serving up a delicious buffet style luncheon, with two hours of free flowing sparkling and soft drinks. This package will cost $85.00 for Adults, $50.00 for children (13 to 17 years), $35.00 for children (5 to 12years) and Children under the age of 5 are free.

A Boxing Day Tradition, 2013 Breakfest 13 will be held at the Belvoir Amphitheatre and Parklands in Upper Swan. this annual event features a stellar line-up of acts including the Stanton Warriors, LTJ Bukem, Plump DJs, Deekline, Mafia Kiss, Nick Thayer and many more. Boxing Day is Family Day at the Ascot Racecourse . Bring the family along and enjoy an exciting day at Perths premier racecourse.

Come along to the Perth Motorplex in Kwinana for the traditional post Christmas bash. The Super Speedway: Demo Derby - Boxing Day Bonanza features Perth's worst drivers on the Super Speedway track where the last man (or woman!) standing wins.
