If you're looking for a solid fitness session with a mix of cardio, muscular endurance and core strength work, then boxing coach Owen Hems is your man. Owen is the head coach at Fortus Gym in Kilburn but has a mobile business, so if you would like to train somewhere closer to home, he can come to you. You can train individually or in a group if you would like to cut costs. Regardless, I can guarantee you that the session is excellent value for money, with bags, noodle work, ladder and straight punching all part of the package. Don't worry if you feel like you're not much of an athlete because Owen caters for all ages (he's coached clients between the ages of five and fifty) and abilities (he coaches national champions...and me).
