Luke's Kitchen, located at 8 Danks Street Waterloo, is home to Australian Restaurateur Luke Mangan. Previously the site of Mojo by Luke Mangan, this New York-style warehouse has been transformed into an elegant but casual eatery, intent on showcasing seasonal ingredients and local Australian produce.

Luke's Kitchen is now offering a Bottomless Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11am - 1pm which, for $75pp, offers a delicious 5 course sharing menu and 2 hours of free-flow Madame Coco sparkling wine, mimosas and bellinis or, for $80pp, enjoy free-flow Bertaine Rosé 2018.

The brunch menu includes:

1st course: Smoked salmon, corn fritter, crème fraiche, salmon roe
2nd course: Tempura zucchini flowers, corn & Meredith Dairy goat's fetta, tomato salsa
3rd course: Egg benedict, broad bean salsa, ham, tarragon, hollandaise on muffin
4th course: Baked spatchcock, currant, capers, pink grapefruit, tarragon
5th course: Rhubarb & ginger meringue, spiced syrup
