Is there anything more soothing than a cup of tea on a chilly autumn day? This workshop will show participants how to make tasty botanical brews - with the added bonus of it being held in the beautiful Mount Lofty Botanic Garden!



A horticultural therapist will guide people on this mindful experience, which includes a stroll through the autumnal garden to smell and touch the botanicals you can grow at home for tea. As part of the three-hour workshop, participants will blend their own personalised tea combination to enjoy on the day and to take home.

Participants will discover which teas suit the seasons and learn a grounding tea ritual to help them incorporate meditative moments throughout their day. This event is part of the Wellness Wander weekend in the Adelaide Hills.
