Please note that "Botanica Brasserie" is now called "Feast".

Couldn't resist the succulent and tender meat of the leg of ham at the carvery station of Botanica Brasserie Restaurant in Sheraton on the Park. The skin was glazed to a golden brown with the flavour of orange marmalade.
