is known for the quality of their grapes, wine, food, hospitality but overwhelmingly for their stunning location and coastal views in Port Lincoln. The winery seems to sit on the very top of Port Lincoln with an expansive outlook across Boston Bay. In fact, they have a signboard out that says this is a million-dollar view but if you park beyond this spot, the fine is a million dollars! Soak-up the stunning coastline scenery and set your eyes on the horizon and watch some of the big ships come in over the verdant hill of green vines. truly has a unique cellar-door view.

The Wine Range and Wine Tasting Paddles
include an impressive Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet, Merlot and Shiraz varietals. The wine range has been so popular that on my visit, several wines had already sold out. Many of the wines are available for tasting but several are reserved for tasting on their wine paddles only, which are priced at a reasonable $20. Ever the industrious wine taster, I opted to try a wine paddle (pictured). This can be paired with a platter which I highly recommend, while you take in the million-dollar views.

Wedding Crasher Bubbles
The highlight of the wine paddle was the intriguingly named Wedding Crasher Sparkling White. Despite its name, it is deliciously light and bright. There is a dessert Riesling for those whose palate leans towards the sweeter side. Plus, several whites from their Adelaide Hills range. It is always a treat to taste wines in the very place they are made.

Food Platters and Feed Me Menu
has a tasting menu featuring Eyre Peninsula's world-famous seafood and the best in Port Lincoln's local produce. They also offer cellar door platters which are an excellent accompaniment to wine tasting. There is an option called 'Feed Me Fordie' offered Thursday to Sunday 12 - 2.30pm. This menu is in the hands of resident Chef Tony Ford. The selection is of three dishes shared amongst your table. Included is an individually plated signature dish; Fordie's Fish and Waxy Wafers with two extra regionally inspired specials to share with homemade bread.

Family Traditions
have the Ford family at the helm. Tony and Sonia Ford are the second generation to lead the business and continue their family's story in the Eyre Peninsula region while celebrating the region's stellar seafood and produce along with those amazing million-dollar views. This is a place where you will find authentic homegrown hospitality in Port Lincoln and well worth putting on the itinerary.

Online wine ordering and delivery service
also offer a delivery service for those holiday markers with a baggage limit, or just in case you find a bottle you love but don't want to carry it home yourself. It can be sent right to your door.
