Located in Windsor on the famed stretch of bitumen that is Chapel Street, is one bar sure to bring a smile to the face of anyone with a touch of gypsy spirit - because spirits are what they do best.

With over one hundred different vodka concoctions on offer, as well as a glory of Polish, Russian and Hungarian fare, serves up a remarkable experience in true bohemian style.

Vodka flavours include birch (yes, the tree), gold flakes (yes, gold), horseradish, hazelnut, pepper, honey, Lindt 70% chocolate, caramel, chewy mandarin, warm raspberry, banana, black currant and crab apple. There is also a vodka cocktail menu with quirky mixes such as Bee Sting Martini (chilli and honey vodka), The Land of Ladies (strawberry liqueur, lemon vodka and 'mystery' vodka) and for the daring, the mixed drink for which the bar was named, the (Polish Borsch, chilli and garlic vodka, worchestershire and tobasco).

The atmosphere is vibrant and casual, but competition for tables is often fierce, so unless you're blessed with an indecent amount of luck or the power of celebrity, it's best to book before you go. Forego sneaking a chocolate biscuit or two before dinner as well - the meals are quite reasonably priced (mains average around $23) and are very hearty.
