Once I'd tried khmer cuisine in Cambodia, I was online making sure there was somewhere in Melbourne I could source it.

Sure enough Bopha Devi, (meaning 'Goddess of Divine Heavenly
Flower') in the Docklands and Yarraville, provides.

Cambodian (or Khmer) food is ideal for anyone like me who really enjoys Asian spices and flavours, but can't handle the highly spicy Thai or Indian cuisines. The dishes are typically fresh, healthy and light but at the same time exotic, and a little different to anything else.

The Khmer yellow crepe is a yellow rice flour crepe filled with
Chicken mince, onion and bean sprouts and served with mint,
lettuce, sweet fish sauce and crushed peanuts.
