Eating at Bopha Devi entices me to book a flight to Cambodia to savour these delicious flavours every day. However, I may have to buy a cookbook for the moment.
Highly recommended, the Saramann curry with large succulent prawns and broccoli, in a creamy, nutty, coconut cream based broth with flavours of lime, lemongrass and turmeric. A warming and moreish meal, that can be served with your choice of chicken, beef, tofu or prawn.
