Boost Juice at North Lakes is located within Westfield Shopping Centre and can be found behind the Concierge and escalators, in a centre stall directly across from Tarocash and Vivid. It's a decently sized kiosk adorned with the usual Boost Juice greens, yellows and oranges; brightly coloured and eye-catching.
I've always been a fan of Boost Juice. The flavours, the fruits, the appealing nature of the stores, oh and the health factor is a bonus too. The North Lakes Boost Juice store is always my number one stop if I happen to find myself at the North Lakes' Westfield, and yes, I always come away with a large delicious 'boost' (my slang term for whatever beverage I decide to buy at Boost Juice at any given time).
On this particular venture the boost store was fairly busy. I've noticed that boost stores are normally busy and I guess this is a statement on Boost Juice's overall popularity. There were a handful of staff working, one behind the counter taking orders, and the atmosphere was positive.
The menu at Boost Juice, North Lakes, is displayed on vibrant signage behind the counter. The menu is divided into the different types of beverages available for purchase: juices, crushes, low-fat smoothies, smoothies and boosters. The prices are displayed next to these options and the flavours available are displayed beneath. There are also three sizes to choose from: a tiny child's size, small and original (large).
I ordered a large Mango Magic smoothie for $6.00 (a reasonable price in my opinion), got my loyalty card scanned for points and moved aside to wait. As there was a number of boost employees working I wasn't waiting long. Even though there were a few people that had ordered before me, within minutes I was holding my yummy smoothie. In my experience Boost Juice beverages are always cold, tasty and refreshing, and this one lived up to those expectations.
The Mango Magic low-fat smoothie would have to be my favourite Boost juice product. It contains mango, banana, mango nectar, Boost Juice's own vanilla yoghurt and ice. Here's the health details (per 100ml): Energy Kilojoules (kJ) = 287 Energy Calories (cal) = 69
Protein (g) = 1.7 Fat Total (g) = 1.1 Fat Saturated (g) = 0.5
Boost Juice also has its own loyalty card program (as I mentioned above). The Vibe (very important boost enthusiast) card entitles you to a free boost on your birthday, monthly Vibe competitions, exclusive vibe offers and every 11th boost free. The cards can be picked up in-store and activated online. After card activation you can check your accumulated points just by logging in to the members page on the boost website. See how far you've got until your free boost.
As well as juice and smoothies patrons can also purchase tasty snacks from Boost Juice, such as: banana bread, wraps (chicken, tuna, salad etc.), organic popcorn, Boost Bites, snack bars, yoghurt and fruit salad. Bottled water is also available from Boost Juice, North Lakes, for a dollar with any purchase.
Have a look here for your nearest Boost Juice store and head over for some yummy healthy juice (or smoothie).
