Book Week parades have become a much-anticipated ‘dress up’ day for children, who get to depict their favourite fictional characters, to school. This is a day that children look forward to as they get to bring their most cherished books to life. With a little bit of imagination and creativity, parents and children can spend quality time together, designing a costume and discussing books.

Book Week activities, like storytelling and book discussions, help enhance cognitive abilities, such as memory retention, critical thinking and problem-solving - a win-win in anybody’s book.
