Books and Banter Book Club
Books and Banter Book Club will meet up on first Tuesday of every month and this month it will be held on 4 July 2023, starting from 6.30 pm to 8 pm at Delightful Cafe, The Lights Community and Sports Centre, 244-270 East Parkway Lightsview. Grab whatever you're reading and come along to this book club. There are no boring books, just fresh read recommendations, discussions and friendly faces.

No bookings are required, just come along and you might even enjoy a snack or drink while you're there. Sometimes, this book club will change the meet-up place, so better double-check with the City of PAE Libraries Book Clubs at the email address [email protected] for the next meet-up place.



Beer and Book Club
The Beer and Book Club happens every first Thursday of the month and this month will be held on 6 July 2023, starting from 6.30 pm to 8 pm at The British Hotel Port Adelaide, 13 North Parade, Port Adelaide. Book lovers, beer enthusiasts and friendly faces meet in a relaxed and casual atmosphere to chat about books, life and everything in between.

Playford Writer's Group**
Come along and join this fortnightly writer's group where you can build your skills and connect with other writers! This group has a supportive and inclusive nature, where everyone is welcome. This group will work based on member direction, moving between workshops, author talks, think tanks and discussions. Come along to a meeting on Wednesday, 5 July 2023, starting at 11 am to 12 pm at Civic Centre Library Playford, Boulevard Elizabeth, and email Sarah at [email protected] for more information and the next meet-up date.
