The much-loved Air Mauritius Bonjour Perth Festival, supported by Lotterywest, returns to Market Square Park, Subiaco for a jam-packed weekend of Francophonie-themed festivities on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 November 2019.
Now in its fifth year, Bonjour Perth Festival's expanded program is bigger and better, showcasing not only traditional French culture and cuisine but an exciting fusion of all the French-speaking countries of the world.
Take a journey around the French-speaking world in one weekend at the Air Mauritius Bonjour Perth Festival 2019.
This year's represented French-speaking countries are Mauritius, Belgium, Switzerland, Quebec (Canada), Seychelles, Morocco, Cambodge, a range of French-speaking countries from West and Central Africa, Belgium and Guinea.
The festival also showcases the cultures of Overseas France like Reunion Island and Caribbean Islands (Martinique, Guadeloupe).
There will be something for everyone to enjoy at this year's Bonjour Perth Festival 2019. Come along with your family and friends and peruse over a hundred food and gift stalls and explore local French-related services and organisations. There will also be entertainment all day and interactive activities throughout the 8 bustling villages and areas.

Abracadabam! - A fantasy magic and illusion show for the whole family. A sorcerer has recently acquired an old suitcase from a Parisian antique shop… What mysteries does it contain!? 30 minutes – $10 ticket
Magic Rendez-Vous - An evening cabaret magic show featuring whimsical, dynamic and original performances. Join us for this madcap surrealist journey through a flurry of French clichés. 40 minutes – $15 ticket

Bonjour Perth Festival are making big changes to reduce their environmental impact by offering compostable food packaging, reusable glasses and a three-bin system (recycling, organics and landfill). Eventgoers are encouraged to do their bit by bringing their own water bottle and picnic plates/cutlery. Water fountains and a washing station will be available onsite.
