Fancy a heavy dose of retail therapy then Bondi Junction is the spot where nearly every type of shopping experience is available.

Countless hours can be spent shopping with a large range of boutiques and department stores in Westfield, Eastgate Shopping Centre, farmers fresh produce stalls at Bondi Junction markets, shops on Oxford street and Bronte road.

Stores range from bargains to high end fashion, home wares, books, electrical, sporting, supermarkets, beauticians and gift stores.

You can shop till you drop with a massive variety of fashion brands and outlets from Myer to David Jones, Princess Highway, Surf Culture, Jimmy Choo, Bloch, Portmans and quirkier second hand stores on Oxford street west.

If you want to look the best in your new threads there is a variety of fitness options and gyms in the area from Vision Personal Training, Elixr Health Club, which specialises in Pilates, Fitness First and Bikram Yoga classes.

For food glorious food, there are two extensive food halls in Westfield, quality take aways in Eastgate, restaurants in the Oxford Street Mall, Macro Wholefoods Market has an extensive range of healthy options and Sushi Train is always a popular choice with long queues ensuring fresh seafood.

If you are looking for a light read or to brush up on your knowledge Waverley Council Library has an extensive collection of books, special exhibitions, a children's library, a large DVD section and special events.

To check out the latest Australian drama or Hollywood releases Event Cinema is located on level 7 and 8 in Westfield.

If you need a release after all that shopping The Eastern is a great place to relax over a few bevies.
