Bokchoy Tang is a Chinese restaurant that prides itself on traditional cooking and is situated at a stellar location in the Melboune CBD.

Sitting inside on a elevated hill within the sprawling brick, metal and glass of Melbourne's Federation Square, this restaurant no less manages to convey a tone and hearken back to the rural plains of China with its emphasis upon tradition and specialty in its offerings.

Inside the restaurant is opulent. With dark tones, ornate seats and even a piano Bokchoy Tang could just as easily double for a full blown nightclub rather than an eclectic and evocative restaurant in one of Melbourne's tourist hotspots.

With a cuisine that places an especial emphasis on Northern Chinese food - and thus seeing noodles, dumplings and pancakes feature prominently - Bokchoy at once offers Yum Cha and fine dining. So, if you would love some pork buns and Shanghai dumplings followed by a gourmet dish of Crispy Barramundi with Lemon Honey Sauce; Bokchoy Tang represents a good place to try one and all.
