Most Australians grew up with a trampoline in their backyard, they provided endless hours of entertainment and occasionally the odd injury. The humble trampoline however has now been up-sized or should I say mega-sized to become larger than the averaged size Aussie back yard. At Boing Central in Bella Vista (NW Sydney) you will find over 1000 square metres of trampolines, with quite a bit of padding and foam to minimise those pesky trampoline injuries of old.

Boing Central will provide hours of fun and laughter for kids of all ages. There are specific areas for little kids (tiny tots) and other areas for more robust bigger kids. When you arrive at Boing you have to sign a waiver (basically saying that you won't hold Boing responsible for any injury that may be suffered) and then you pay your money and you are given some Boing "grip" socks to help with traction on the trampolines.

The favourite spot at Boing for young and old is most definitely the huge foam pit. Masses of big chunks of foam fill a pit that you can jump, flip or simply just fall into. Then the mission is to try and get out! I'm not sure if it is allowed or should be encouraged, but there always ends up being a huge foam fight amongst those who have landed in the mass pit of fun.

Now Boing Central is not only about kids. Adults can of course jump and they even offer fitness classes such as Tram Fit and Box Fit where you can bounce your way into fitness. If you are more of the sedentary type, just sit back and relax in Boing's cafe. The cafe offers fairly decent coffee, a light refreshments menu and the usual suspects of a junk food canteen. They have seating areas both upstairs and downstairs where you can sit back and enjoy your coffee and snack whilst your kids jump away. If you need to keep an eye on your children the seating upstairs offers a perfect birds eye view of all the goings on around Boing.

Boing Central is proving to be a very popular spot for birthday parties. The onsite cafe caters for parties in a dedicated party room where for a set price you receive a party host, loads of food (both healthy and not so healthy) drinks, decorations, party bags as well as 2 hours of bounce time. So if you are looking to out source your child's next birthday party check the Boing Central website for more details.

Boing Central have most definitely taken trampolining to a whole new level. They also offer Boogie Boing (disco trampolining) as well as basketball and dodge ball trampolining. And if you are looking for a unique venue for some corporate team building Boing Central could be a new and different way to get to know your colleagues.
