With the gyms closed and the weather starting to turn cold, it's getting harder to find the motivation to leave the house and go for a run especially, when it's raining. Luckily the people at Body and Soul have come up with an excellent solution - exercise classes at home. So for the next two weeks, they will be offering daily classes, with a new trainer each day. Each of the classes are designed to be taken at home, so no fancy gym equipment is required (thankfully)!
