In its 22nd year, the Body Mind and Psychic Expo brings to Adelaide two days of fun filled health, wellbeing and spiritual guidance with free entertainment, workshops, yoga and pilates classes and meditation sessions. The Expo will be held on Saturday 20 May 2017 from 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday 21 May 2017 from 10 am to 6 pm and is located at the Jubilee Pavilion, Wayville Showground.



There will be over 250 exhibitors with everything from Thai clothing, hats and handbags to natural handmade soaps, candles, lotions and potions. Enjoy browsing through the handmade scarves and ponchos, jewellery, crystals and gemstones. Why not have a henna tattoo done by one of the amazing artists or have a psychic or tarot reading, get your palm read, undertake hypnotherapy or dream interpretation.



Let Them Eat will be there with their popular healthy vegetarian food and sweets. The Fast Foodie Co will be along with a wide variety of natural foods and Snikle Treats with their handmade chocolates and confectionary as well as herbal and fruit teas. If you are not into tea, then Espresso Events will be able to provide you with fresh coffee and hot chocolate to go with your yummy chocolate purchases.



While you are enjoying your treats, why not take time out for the free entertainment. Pina DiGhionno will be playing her beautiful Crystal Sound Bowls, Regan Gardner will provide an exhilarating Bollywood style belly dancing performance and Leeanne Wilson and Nicole McHenry will talk about finding your own psychic ability and sensitivity. With a full and satisfied belly, it is time to undertake one of the many workshops available. While most workshops are free, some have a small admission fee. Amongst many others, Kiero Raphael will provide an interactive experience on the art of cup reading and meditation and Carol Robertson will discuss astrology and planetary magic. If you would like something a bit more active and have always wanted to try yoga or pilates or both, free classes will be available in the large workshop room. Yoga mats will be provided or bring your own. Experts in different styles of yoga and pilates will provide 2 days of non-stop free classes where they will teach the basics up to advanced levels. Once you have enjoyed all or any of the above, take some time out to cool the mind, body and soul and enjoy a free guided meditation.



The Body Mind and Psychic Expo also has lots of fun activities for the kids. The Kids Corner will have face painting and balloon art, but don't forget the Nature Corner where the little ones can learn all about bugs and their habitats with Bugs n Slugs or reptiles with Animals Anonymous. Why not wear the kids out in the kids yoga classes!



The Body Mind and Psychic Expo is a feast for the soul. Tickets are $12 at the door, $10 students, pensioners or concessions or why not get a weekend pass for $18. Children under 14 are free with a paying adult. If you want to secure your tickets early and skip the queue, tickets can be purchased online for $12 single entry adult (one day) or buy 2 adults to get 1 free for $24 (that's 3 adults in total).
