I love Bocconcini. I love them on my pizza, in my Caprese salad and in an Italian bread roll with prosciutto and rocket. So yum. What I didn't know until recently was how easy they are to make at home. Easy and fast apparently. Using common kitchen equipment. Who knew.
Tramsheds at Harold Park are holding a Bocconcini and Bubbles event on Tuesday October 31st between 7-9pm covering everything from milk selection and coagulation through to turning the curds into oozy and stretchy bocconcini.
