I love Bocconcini. I love them on my pizza, in my Caprese salad and in an Italian bread roll with prosciutto and rocket. So yum. What I didn't know until recently was how easy they are to make at home. Easy and fast apparently. Using common kitchen equipment. Who knew.

Tramsheds at Harold Park are holding a event on Tuesday October 31st between 7-9pm covering everything from milk selection and coagulation through to turning the curds into oozy and stretchy bocconcini.



I'm assuming you also get to sip on some bubbly during the process, hence the "bubbles" part of the title. Be quick to book your spot via this Eventbrite link and at just $30pp plus booking fee, I think this is money well spent considering you will be then able to whip these up at home.
