Chugg Entertainment is proud to announce that the legendary Bob Dylan will return to Australia this August.



He will be performing a string of arena shows. The icon will be touring several capital cities across Australia.

[b]ABOUT BOB DYLAN**
I will show my age by saying that I remember all Bob Dylan's songs and love most of them! In a career spanning six decades, Bob Dylan is responsible for some of the most influential albums of all time, including:


His [i]"socially and politically charged singles"[/i], "Blowin' In the Wind" and "The Times They Are A-Changin'', were songs that I grew up with. They are widely considered to be among the most important songs in modern day music.



Bob Dylan was born in 1941 making him now 77, and it is with great awe and excitement that we will once again be fortunate enough to be able to hear him sing live. He was last here in 2014, where he played several shows to huge sold out shows in theatres across the country.

This will possibly be the last opportunity to do so, so I for one will be going to see this legendary singer! He is a folk, rock singer-songwriter and was born Robert Allen Zimmerman in Minnesota.



When he was in college, he began singing folk and country songs, and took on the name "Bob Dylan." His first record contract was signed in 1961. Dylan has continued to tour, as well as release new studio albums, including Together Through Life (2009), Tempest (2012), Shadows in the Night (2015) and Fallen Angels (2016).

Bob Dylan has received Grammy, Academy and Golden Globe awards, as well as the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and the Nobel Prize for Literature. By 1964, Dylan was touring and playing 200 concerts annually. He had become tired of his role as "the" folk singer-songwriter of the protest movement.

He then started to produce songs that were less politically motivated. In 2016, he released "Fallen Angels", which was his 37th studio album!



Last year, in 2017, he continued to celebrate the classics with his three-disc studio album "Triplicate", which features 30 American songs, including "Stormy Weather," "As Time Goes By" and "The Best Is Yet To Come."

Bob Dylan live in concert is an opportunity to share an evening with one of the last remaining musical legends of the modern era. This promises to be a performance for all ages, and will book out quickly!

Tickets go on sale to the general public from Wednesday, 23rd May 2018 from 9.00 am.

You can sign up to this site to be able to book your pre-sale tickets on Monday 21st May, at 9.00 am (Local Time).
