Update December 10th 2012
Blues Rock Riot 1 on Saturday 8 December was a foot-stomping, sweaty blues success! Mark the next one in your calendar and c'mon down to X&Y Bar on Saturday 22 December - I promise you won't be disappointed.

Blues and Rock music - Yes, please
Beats Cartel and X & Y Bar bring a Blues Rock Riot to Saturdays.

Blues Rock Riot 1 - Saturday 8 December

For the first of these events, you'll catch a three band line-up. Barefoot Alley, a two-piece, brother and sister rock band opening the night. Cleveland Blues will bring a little more blues into the rock, and Transvaal Diamond Syndicate, one of my personal favourite local blues band, will headline the night with their foot stomping dirty blues.

Blues Rock Riot 2 - Saturday 22 December

Opening the night is Smoke, followed by one of my favourite local rock bands, Race of the Harridan, then The Smokestack Orchestra will bring their rock'n'roll, before The Royal Artillery headline the night with their stoner blues / rock.
