Nineteen23 is a lesser known mountainous gem with chef credentials including Rockpool Bar & Grill, Tetsuya and Aria. With views towards Mt Tomah over the World Heritage National Park, the art deco décor dining room and the heritage listed Silvermere Guesthouse.

The winter degustation also includes a vegetarian option at $90 per person or $130 with matching wines offered for Saturday and Sunday lunch or dinner. Tomah Garden Restaurant is located within the Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens. With views as far as the Hunter Valley across to Wollemi National Park, it is a spectacular sight.
