The international phenomenon known as the Blue Man Group has announced that their widely popular and award-winning production will be touring New Zealand as part of a World Tour from May to July 2016. This widely acclaimed stage show, best known for its bald and blue performers, will be held in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.



The Blue Man Group is advertised as a mixture of comedy, theatre, rock concert and dance party all rolled into one. The Blue Man Group's theatrical tour showcases classic Blue Man Group favourites along with some brand new content. They are approaching their 25th year of creativity and over 35 million people have experienced the Blue Man Group phenomenon during that time.

This artistic group reportedly updates and refreshes the show's content with new music, fresh stories, custom instruments and state of the art technology.

Now it is time for New Zealand audiences to experience and enjoy what American and other overseas audiences have enjoyed for close on 25 years. The producer of Lunchbox Theatre Productions has been trying to get this cooler-than-cool show to New Zealand since he first saw it years ago. Now it will become a reality.
