Locals, visitors and tourists to Perth have the opportunity to see Helen Smith's latest exhibition 'Blue Highway' at the now revitalised historic Cathedral Square. Helen is a home-grown artist who has made good on the national and international stage.

Helen graduated with Honours from Curtin University with a Design and Visual Arts degree and since then has pursued her formal, minimalist yet vibrant, colourful, geometric and confident art with great success, having works displayed in the Australian Art Gallery, the Art Gallery of Western Australia, the Australian Embassy Gallery in Madrid, The Daimler Collection in Berlin and has various pieces of art with private collections in Australia and throughout Europe.

Helen Smith's art is often connected to her life philosophy and makes a statement about her vision as a person, as seen in her striking and mesmerising picture above called 'Trump's Travel Ban'.

Blue Highway will be on view at Cathedral Square, on the corner of St George's Terrace and Barrack Street, until May 19th from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm weekdays, with Saturday from commencing at 12.00 noon. Blue Highway is a Free Event.

Saturation of colour, fascinating geometric form and an interest in social and ethical outcomes gives relevance to this minimalist artist
World Happiness Report 2017 Wikepedia shows the vibrant, geometric minimalist style of Helen Smith and her confident portrayal of her vision of the world
