Blue Fish Bar & Grill at Darling Harbour is a great excuse for a perfect casual lunch on a given Summer's day in particular. This is the vibe of the clientele that this establishment would no doubt attract.

I was first introduced to this establishment after my uni graduation when my boyfriend took me out to lunch at the time. There is just something special about this establishment that makes you wanting to come back for more and more. Even though the service is fairly quick despite the staff not being the most friendliest hospitality staff in town; however this is not an establishment designed to eat in and eat out. Not the type of establishment you would want to come to for your lunch hour unless you had at least two hours available for lunch.

Eat and then enjoy a couple of drinks. The prawns and the barramundi in particular were just fresh and succulent. The serving sizes of the prawns made the whole experience worth it.

The attitude of the staff just needs to be toned down a bit, always remembering that "the customer is always right." Otherwise I cannot fault this establishment.
