After driving North through the Flinders Ranges take a pit stop at the modest township of Blinman. Blinman doesn't have much, but what it does offer it does well. Take a mine tour at the local working mine and treat yourself afterwards to a beer and a decent meal at the Blinman hotel.



may seem quaint from the outside, but come through the old wooden doors and you will find a warm and welcoming dining room and adjacent outdoor dining area and a cosy bar and beer garden.


Indulge in one of their hearty and fresh home cooked meals all followed by a cold beer. Of course you can always stay at the pub afterwards.

From Blinman you can tour the Blinman mine, easily travel to Parachilna, or even take an air tour over the Flinders Ranges.
