The reserve which is above the beach provides spectacular views of Jervis Bay, Point Perpendicular and Bowen Island.
It is well equipped for a family outing with free electric BBQs, public bathrooms and showers.
Picnic tables are scattered around the reserve and mature trees provide plenty of natural shade.
A small children's playground includes an adventure climbing frame with slippery dip and a set of swings.
The water at Blenheim beach is shallow and protected by cliffs and natural bushland on three sides. The water is often calm and protected from winds making it an ideal beach for families with young children.
A section of white sands walk runs from Nelsons Beach through the reserve and past Blenheim beach onto Greenfields beach, this section of the walk is flat and easy to manage for all fitness levels and ages.
