Kids will be kept happy with activities to engage in and there'll be food on site. Run by members of the Warrior Spirit Arts Collective the Koori BBQ with Emu and Kangaroo sausages almost scream 'Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi Oi Oi!'
The film is directed by independent filmmaker Eugeine E-NRG who also co-wrote it with journalist Ray Edgar and Aboriginal community leader Robbie Thorpe (Elder Duran Bunjileenee).
It features Robbie Thorpe as uncle Lucky and young Kynan Brown as an 11 year old delinquent Aboriginal street kid called Tyrone.
In this short film, Tyrone is give a chance to get over his fight with the LAW and find hope in the LORE of his people. Between two worlds, the film questions what culture and traditions will remain and what the future will bring. Tyrone's struggle to survive is only just beginning.
