Oversee your healthy life by learning yoga at Mt Cootha
Now is a perfect time to release the stress from the year past or from the hustle and bustle leading up to Christmas by taking a lesson in the art of yoga.

Yoga gives so many benefits to your health that you will wonder why you had never thought of doing it before. You will find you have increased flexibility while increasing muscle strength and your core, giving you more vitality and energy for other everyday tasks. Yoga is giving your body gentle exercise, which can help reduce weight, protect your body from injury and is great for cardio and circulation. If you are one of those people with constant digestive problems, yoga activates your parasympathetic system allowing better movement and release of your body's waste products.
