Need a brilliant suggestion to cruise down the Peninsula this Sunday? Bittern Sunday Market is a quaint eclectic market run by locals. Situated in Bittern railway car park, this modest market has something for everyone.

Established 30 years ago, this community market is run by volunteers and all proceeds are returned back to the community through grants with totalling over $500,000 donated so far.

Fresh produce is featured with a range of locally grown vegetables and fruit and fresh free range eggs. The market ticks all the boxes with an impressive range of antiques to make up, toys and trash and treasure.

After you have perused the stalls and chatted to the friendly locals you can even stop for a hot coffee and morning snack at the alfresco style cafe.

On every Sunday rain, hail or shine from 8am until 1pm.
