Jams for your scones made on site
Mount Tamborine is more than trendy speciality shops and eateries on Gallery Walk. If you hunt around, you can find some of those "roads less travelled". Birchgrove Nursery and Cafe, for example.

Birchgrove Nursery and Cafe is a five minute drive out of Mount Tamborine Central at 38 Alpine Terrace. This means no tour groups and fewer tourists.

It's a pretty little Garden Centre with a large range of Roses, Maples, and Magnolias - all trees that can struggle by the coast. It also has a range of garden accessories, such as bird baths and feeders, to beautify all gardens.

There is also a cafe which serves a delightful Devonshire Tea with jams made on the premises.

Wandering around the Gift Shop area in the warmth of a log fire was an added bonus.

This is when you know that you are on holidays......

Birchgrove Nursery and Cafe is open 7 days a week from 8:30am till 4pm.
