Well known and loved in its home town of Adelaide , Bing Boy is the new kid on the block here in Melbourne and has just opened up a new store in Melbourne Central on the lower level. Offering something different to the usual suspects of sushi, fast food and Mexican, a Bing is a traditional thin wheat omelette wrap with various fillings. Asian inspired with Australian influences and made right before your eyes, Bing Boy's food is fresh, healthy and delicious.



Some of the fillings are

Hey Bing Boy - Dry Pork, Pickled Cabbage & Wonton Skin, Bing Boy Sauce, Egg, Coriander, Sesame Seeds and Spring Onion.

Ching Ching – Chicken, Mix Salad, Bean Sprouts, Avocado & Wonton Skin, sweet soy sauce, Egg, Coriander, Sesame Seeds and Spring Onion. (This one is my favourite)

Pretty N Peking - Duck, Cucumber, Sweet & Sour Carrot, Mix Salad & Wonton Skin, Hoisin Sauce, Egg, Coriander, Sesame Seeds and Spring Onion.

Veging - Mushroom, Baby Spinach, Mix Salad, Sweet & Sour Carrot, Avocado & Wonton Skin, Mayonnaise, , Egg, Coriander, Sesame Seeds and Spring Onion.

There are also yummy wraps made with beef, salmon and prawn.

The pancake is cooked on a specially made crepe pan where egg, spring onion and coriander is added. Once the egg is cooked it is flipped over for a few seconds then flipped back.



Various fillings are added and it is all rolled up into a gorgeous steaming wrap of tastiness. The fillings are all prepared that day adding to the freshness of the wrap.



The prices are fantastic ranging from $5.90 - $7.90 which makes a great quick cheap lunchtime meal if you're in the city. There are also two other stores in Melbourne, one in Doncaster and the other at Knox City Centre.

Bing Boy may be new but I have no doubt it will be well known and loved in no time at all due to the quality, taste, price and the enjoyable Bings on offer. Come try something new.
