Lunch at Bing Boy
Morley Bing Boy
Bing Boy is a fairly new lunch outlet to Perth, though it started in the Eastern States, and their signature dish is a very large type crepe, which is made to order, and they describe it as "urban Asian street food"

They are unusual as they put a raw egg over it while it is cooking, and you choose the filling you would like, and then it is wrapped up in the crepe.
The Bing boy menu now includes some gluten free options, and they have recently also added dessert Bings to their menu, and although these look delicious, I found I could not follow up with a dessert as the main is large and filling.
Although this time I had the duck Bing, I have also previously tried the prawn Bing, and I far preferred the crunchy duck.

Located at the Morley Galleria Food Court, they are franchise stores, so will probably open up in other Perth suburbs given time. Meanwhile, they are quite busy at the Galleria and seem to be a success.
