Just had dinner at and it was awesome.

When we first walked in I was a little worried because the waitresses just looked at us and walked away. Right away I thought "uh oh". But, it seems you just have to be a little aggressive on nights like tonight and ask if you seat yourself because that was the case tonight (Saturday). Upon walking into it almost reminded me of an old country bar - wooden panel, wood bar, lots of cowboy themed items going on and of course the country music. But, upon looking out the window you see two nice outside seating areas (one underneath the deck and one outside the main dining room door) complete with comfy looking chairs and umbrellas to boot. They also have a volleyball court and net as well as live music every night after 7pm. Lets get down to the specifics shall we?

The Food:
The menu is quite the variety. You have your steaks and chops, sandwiches and pitas, lots of really yummy sounding appetisers and salads. Its pretty basic, and yet really hits the mark when you are looking for a quick bite to eat with a laid back atmosphere.

I got the Billy's Gyro; "choice seasoned lamb and beef on a fresh warm pita. Topped with lettuce, tomato, onions and a cucumber sauce. Served with French fries." and my friend got the Cheese Steak; 'in the great spirit of Pittsburgh tradition, Billy's is proud to offer our own version of this delicious sandwich served Pittsburgh Style. Topped with provolone cheese, crispy French fries, marinated coleslaw and fresh tomato slices, piled high atop fresh Italian bread." Everything was absolutely delicious and you could tell it was freshly made and not sitting in the back.

The Drinks:
Lots of beer options available at including every American beer you can think of. They also offer margaritas, but nothing else really like mojitos or fruit alcoholic drinks. Remember this is roadhouse. If you want prissy drinks this is not the place.

Service:
The girl we had was quite nice, but she also seemed a little shy and we had to ask her to speak up a few times. Not a horrible thing, but not a good thing either with lots of other noises going on! The waitresses were all pretty nice.

Cleanliness:
I did not check out the restrooms at , however, if its anything like the rest of the place, its probably pretty clean. The only thing we really saw was cigarette ashes around the table which I really don't seem to understand since it's non smoking!

Over all, this is a really great place to go for live music, good food, and a laid back atmosphere. Check it out the next time you are in Wexford and see for yourself.
