Pets of all shapes and sizes are welcome to attend this festival. In fact, the festival encourages you to bring along all your pets! It is a festival to celebrate the value of companion animals and learn more about responsible pet care.
The Council also conducted a "Make your pet famous" - an Archipaws Competition. The pet festival media launch will be held at 10am on Thursday 26 April 2018 at Chatswood Mall, Victoria Ave near the train station, where the judges will unveil the top 30 finalists' pet flags to the public.
The main winner of the 'Archipaws' Pet Portrait competition will also be announced at this festival. In the meantime, you can view the thirty finalists' artwork featured in the Chatswood CBD. Cast your vote on your favourite pet portrait HERE to help the council to select a People's Choice Winner.
The festival will come alive with activities for pets and their human companions. There will be heaps of live entertainment, and you can be part of the show. Enter your pet in the doggy fashion parade and let them show off how cute they are. There will be loads of pet-friendly activities and you can learn more about responsible pet ownership.
