It is awesome that you don't have to head too far out from the CBD to enjoy a high quality cafe latte made with love, joy and finesse. We are actually talking about the city fringe.

Bill and Toni's at 74 Stanley Street Darlinghurst makes really awesome cafe lattes. No need to reach for the sugar anymore. Sure their latte art might not be the best; however you will want to be coming back for more; and why not? Even if you are not a coffee lover, you will not be disappointed here. They would definitely have to use a high quality arabica coffee bean to make this magic happen.

This is the type of locale where you meet up with a few of your close buddies and chat about life and lifestyle in particular. Lunchtime and early afternoon is the best; however on a sunny weekend, all the locals are out in force with their dogs, and at times it is near impossible to grab a great seat outside. If possible, find a great spot just behind the green fence outside as you are heading closer to the counter. A great spot to sip a great latte and enjoy; even if you are alone. You feel like your really free if you are able to do this on a weekday afternoon.

If your hungry, why not go for their "normal' focaccia consisting of ham, cheese and tomato: a great companion to any of their lattes to cure those hunger pangs. Bill and Toni's is well known for this focaccia in particular. Cafe latte plus normal focaccia at Bill and Toni's on Stanley Street = the perfect meal.
