Bikram is a dynamic form of Yoga, most famous for the heated rooms. It is more physically gruelling than traditional yoga as it works every muscle of the body in the repeated poses, and while concentrating on breathing and resting the mind.
During the 90 minute workout, every muscle, tendon, joint, ligaments is worked as well as internal organs and gland. Fresh oxygenated blood is moved through the body. When you leave the class you will a kind of serenity to set you in a positive direction for the rest of the day.
