Ready for a journey of cycling euphoria? For all you bike enthusiasts you will not want to miss the much anticipated " Bike Week " brought to you by the City of Gold Coast.



Starting off with the Darren Smith Memorial Group Ride on Sunday 26th April, there is "Ride 2 Work Day" on Tuesday, 30th April, a "Ride in Movie" on Friday, 1st of May culminating with the colourful "Bike and Street Fest" to be held on Sunday, 3rd of May at Varsity Lakes.

From beginner cyclists to the experienced, there are workshops and courses to attend each day spread over the week. These workshops cover everything from free "tune-ups" quick bike skills sessions, student cycle courses, bike maintenance, and how to become a better cyclist.

Don't forget the Bike and Street Fest on Sunday, 3rd of May 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. Whether you ride, scoot, skate, run or walk, this is your chance to shine. Decorate your bike, wear that awesome costume and bring the family.


Hop on, learn the lingo and join the cycling revolution, a great way to get fit, enjoy the outdoors and see the Gold Coast.
