Easter fell on the third Sunday of April resulting in no
Shorncliffe Food Truck Fest for two months. That unfortunate coincidence sent us lovers of exotic, flavourful and fine foods into a tailspin which has posed the most important question of the moment, "How will I survive?" Well, fret not and prepare to send your Pleasure Measure off the scale.
The
Food Truck Collective Brisbane has organised a gathering of Brisbane's premium food trucks for your epicurean pleasure that is going to be the
Biggest Shorncliffe Food Truck Fest ever. At this point in the arrangements, there is certain to be an incredible array of fantastic food trucks offering over 30 different menu options supported by a selection of the most delicious craft beers, ciders and wines varied enough to accompany any menu option you opt for.
Here is the place and time:
Volunteer Marine Rescue (VMR Inc.), 95 Allpass Parade, Shorncliffe on Sunday, 19 May, 2019 with first servings from 11.30am until close of business at 2.30pm.
Entry to this extravaganza is totally
FREE and all the delicious food is very reasonably priced so what's not to love about a day full of fine food, fun and free festivities?
This setting of indulgent gastronomic pleasures already includes these fine food establishments:
Maxi Coffee – coffee, hot chocolate, Chai powder, tea, juice poppers and bottled water
More premium food trucks are on the way so keep a check
here to remain updated on what you can expect on the day.
In addition to the fine food and drink there will also be entertainment including some fabulous live music and jumping castles – music to help soothe the sated beast within and jumping castles to help tamp down what has gone before so just one more scrumptious morsel might fit down there!
Thanks to the
Food Truck Collective Brisbane every third Sunday of every month (except when it's Easter Sunday) there is a gathering of gourmet eateries on site at Volunteer Marine Rescue (VMR Inc.), 95 Allpass Parade, Shorncliffe. If you can't make this gala, super-sized food truck fest then, at least, you can enjoy the experience in future months.
