One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating

Finger licking, tongue tingling American BBQ
Smokey BBQ sauce runs down your fingers as you take a big bite into the burger bun layered with tender Brisket, smoked cheese and golden crisp onion rings.

Have I made you hungry now?

Enter the world of American BBQ at it's best on the outskirts of Melbourne. Big Boy BBQ is every mans venture to enjoy chowing down on some outstanding succulent meats.

Get your hands dirty, taking on the Kansas city style rubbed Pork Ribs, or cover your face in the marinade of the spicy jumbo Wings. It may be messy but it's that outstanding that you want to get messy so you can become gluttonous as you lick your fingers clean.

The sandwiches are just as tasty with the allowance of a much cleaner way to eat. Todays choices were the "Zee man" as decrypted above and the "2 meat" which was layers of pulled chicken and pulled lamb shoulder finished in a saucy BBQ sauce lettuce and tomato.

Jam packed with flavour, but unlike most burgers or sandwiches they aren't heavy. The essence of the chard BBQ flavours on the brisket and that tender slow cooked pulled chicken and lamb is highlighted with their thick smokey sauces.

It's a sanction for meat lovers and a meaty delight that can't be refused. Vegetarians have no choices here, so best stay clear. It's true American at it's best that doesn't overwhelm you with oiled filled meals. It's a healthier, fun and a feast that can't be missed.

I see lettuce on that sandwich. Definitely NOT American style.
