Big BandSunsets Festival 2018 continues on for 3 more Saturdays (10th, 17th & 24th) in February from 3.30pm to 9pm at the Hazel Pierce Reserve, Cnr Beach Road and Main St, Mordialloc. This is a free event, and a good opportunity to get in the swing of things by participating in some free swing dance lessons at 6.30pm on that huge dance floor! Each Saturday brings a different theme and guest artists abound.

Melbourne's premier big band festival, it's curated by MoJO, and the Mordialloc Jazz Orchestra. To get you in the mood, local and national swing groups and big bands will be performing as well. This is the festival that school bands across Melbourne can cut their teeth on and gain some performance experience, so you'll be seeing some of the best in the schools segment. Bring a picnic and something comfy to lie back on down by the river for a fab afternoon and evening of jazz and dancing
