What is Big & Little Dogs, and how did they come about?
Big & Little Dogs is a pet accessory brand that came about when Emma, pawrent of Charge (a Great Dane) and Chase (a French Bulldog and the "terror of the family"), found it hard to find dog wear that matched both big and little dogs - to combat this problem, Emma (known to some as "Crazy Dog Lady" decided to design her own. Big & Little Dogs' products range now boasts an impressive number of products including collars, harnesses, leashes, and bowties, with products maximising not just style, but also comfort. Having only launched recently on November 30th 2016, Big & Little Dogs have already amassed an impressive number of followers on Instagram and Facebook, and are doubt on their way to even bigger and better things!

What do Big & Little Dogs' collars & bowties look like, and how much do they cost?
Big & Little Dogs' collars were designed with maximum comfort in mind, constructed using a neoprene lining and custom print polyester webbing straps (for durability). Collars are fully adjustable for the pawfect fit. Each collar also includes a matching bowtie for the ultimate look!

Everyday Harnesses, made from 2 layers of light-weight ultra padded breathable mesh, are designed to be ultra soft for maximised comfort (hence for 'everyday' use!) - they come in three colours; purple, blue, and pink.
Strap Harnesses, made out of the same soft and durable material that is used to make Big & Little Dogs' collars, are again designed with both style and comfort in mind. Strap Harnesses make for a less 'chunky' look than Everyday Harnesses.

Size L - $35

And finally, my personal favourite - the Reversible Harnesses. Big & Little Dogs' Reversible Harnesses are the same shape as the Everyday Harness, but with cute designs on them. More specifically, each Reversible Harness has two cute designs on them - these harnesses can be reversed in seconds to give your furbaby two different looks using the same harness. Big & Little Dogs have even kindly put together a video to show you how to reverse the harness - it's really very easy!

The Reversible Harness that we purchased from Big & Little Dogs from the Christmas on Cribb markets was very soft, and I would assume that it would be very comfortable for Eddy to wear. It also felt quite cool and light, which is good as it can get very hot during the Australian summer, especially for a pug! Not to mention, the designs were so so so cute - I can't decide whether I like the Raptor design more, or the Batman design. What are your thoughts on Eddy's new harness?

What do Big & Little Dogs' leashes look like, and how much do they cost?
If you've always been one to match all your items down to a tee, Big & Little Dogs is the way to go for dog accessories - many of their collars, bow ties, and/or harnesses also have a leash counterpart. Big & Little Dogs' leashes have a neoprene lined handle for extra comfort, a dual sided polyester webbing strap for durability, a heavy duty clip for attaching to harness or collar, and a sturdy D-ring at the base of handle, which can be very useful for clipping poop bags or attaching keys to. If you purchased a reversible harness like me, you might be excited to know that the matching leashes also have two designs on them - one on each side!

Do Big & Little Dogs sell any other dog accessories?
Big & Little Dogs are a stockist for Silver Eagle Outfitters Cool Champions' Cooling Coat, which is a great investment for dogs during the summer months. Cooling coats are activated in minutes with water, and cools for hours - no refrigeration is required, and no gels or ice are involved. There is limited weight gain (the coat that is, not your dog!) when activated, and is also non-bulky. The coat was designed to ensure comfort and freedom of movement, made of durable and good quality material enabling year-round use for years. When worn dry, the vest is an effective barrier to the wind and the cold, meaning that its use does not end after the summer months. It's also machine washable!

Does Big & Little Dogs stock other products other than dog accessories?
Would they really be a business that claim to cater towards pets if they don't stock treats? Yes, Big & Little Dogs do stock other products, in the form of yummy treats - to dogs, treats are as necessary (if not more so) than harnesses and collars! Although Big & Little Dogs do not produce their own line of treats, they have treats from a number of stockists with reliable reputations, with all treats made in Australia. This includes:
