Bicentennial Park is one of Sydney's best family locations, with lots to see and do for everyone no matter whether you are 9 or 99. The park features playgrounds, BBQs, picnic tables and seating, several car parks, water fountains, toilets and plenty of green grassy areas for children to play on.

Enjoy a picnic by Lake Belvedere or cook a BBQ on one of the many free BBQs provided in the park. If you don't feel like cooking, you will find a great lunch menu at Lilies Café, which also severs take away coffee and ice cream.

There are plenty of pathways and bike trails, where you and the kids can ride a bike, scooter or roller blade. If you don't have a bike, you can hire one from the bike hire near Lillies Café.
The park has splashing fountains which are a great fun for the kids to run through. So make sure you bring a towel and change of clothes.

Bicentennial Park is part of Sydney Olympic park and offers lots of great activities such as:

The Amazing Chase, which starts from the Visitor Centre every day between 9.30am – 4pm. Amazing Chase is a family bike ride with a difference. Follow a map to various checkpoints, solve puzzles and ride onto the next challenge. It is a lot of fun and great exercise for the whole family.

Clue Trail is an adventure for the whole family. Grab a map at the Visitor Centre then follow the clues to solve hidden messages. For this activity wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a drink.

Crack the Code – This is especially fun for young explorers. Stop by the Visitor's Centre to get a compass and navigate around the Town Centre to collect clues to help you decode a secret message.

Monster Skatepark is an indoor/outdoor ramp that includes an indoor street course, outdoor vert and mini ramp plus a skate shop and entertainment lounge. Monster Skatepark is suitable for riders of all skill levels and lots of fun for skateboarders, bike riders, inline skaters and scooter riders. Monster Skatepark is open every day between 10am – 10pm.

If you haven't been to Bicentennial Park, then add it to your list of things to do with your kids. It is guaranteed to be a fun day for the whole family.
