The annual Bibra Lake Fun Run is on again. It's free to enter and there are lots of cash prizes and spot prizes to be won.



This year the City of Cockburn , Bibra Lake Fun Run will be held on Sunday 16th September, 2012. A great fun run course around the picturesque Bibra Lake Reserve, located at the corner of Gwilliam and Progress Drives in Bibra Lake.

The fun run is a fantastic community event, a timed 6km run or walk that the whole family can take part in. The race starts at 10am, with a pre-race a briefing at 9.40pm. Don't forget to register on-line before the 9th September, 2012 to be eligible to win cash prizes.

There are three participation groups:

1. Runner.
2. Walker or Family Walk.
3. Participants with dogs.



Come on down and take part in the event or cheer someone on. There are also some fun free activities planned for the morning including face painting and a performance by the Junkadelic Collective .

Join the other participants and supporters for a free breakfast before the run.

Plenty of parking is available close by in the Adventure World car park.

The Bibra Lake Fun Run is open to all ages. Individuals, groups, clubs, teams, parents with small children in prams, participants with dogs (on a leash) and families are all welcome. Visit the website for further details, race course map or to register.
